Baltic products were presented at the world’s largest confectionery fair ISM 2019 in Germany. The offer of our chocolate factory included both traditional sweets and new products, including a new generation of energy bars.
ISM 2019 (International Sweets and Biscuits Fair) took place in Cologne, Germany from 27 to 30 January. Almost 2,000 exhibitors from around the world presented their products.
Our chocolate factory Baltic (in Polish: “Bałtyk”) presented an offer highlighting the history and long-standing traditions of the company as well as presenting our potential in the production of innovative products of the new generation. Among the traditional Baltic products, we presented, among others, our chocolates, pralines and liqueurs, among which reigned the iconic “Gdańsk liqueurs”, “Nalewki domowe” and “Baltik Vodka. “Bałtyk” also presented the latest, innovative products from both the confectionery segment and the energy bars – “Tofi To” candies with a toffee flavor in milk chocolate (these sweets do not contain gluten), “Tofi To” chocolates and “Bossan” energy bars in three flavor compositions. The innovative caramel “Dulio” with the addition of vitamins and magnesium also confirmed its position on the international confectionery market.
